How do I download a pdf file?
Hold down the shift key at the same time you click on the link, this will write the file on your computer.

How do I view a pdf file?
Click on it, if after a few minutes acrobat reader does not come up:

1. You may not have it on your computer: check by doing a file search for acrobat. If you don't have it, you need to download it here: Adobe Site.
2. Your browser doesn't know to directly use it.
   Change the preferences, in Netscape go under Edit, then preferences, click on navigator, under the Heading Navigator there should be a subsection Applications, click on this, then on the left scroll down the list until you read: Portable Document Format Click on that line and then click on edit, a pop-up then asks you to fill in , click on application and write the name of your acrobat read command for your computer, (mine says acroread %s ).
