Projects

General instructions:
The main component of the projects will be matlab, or Splus functions that perform certain analyses and produce graphics, these functions should be emailed to me electronically so that I can try them out myself, always make comments and help available to the prospective user.

You may do the projects by groups of two, for a two-person project I expect twice the amount of work, make sure you share the programming so that you both benefit.

Turn in the complementary, explanatory part of your project, (this will be larger as we go on in the term), as a printed word-processed text, if yopu use formulas you might want to use LaTEXwhich is available on the theory center machines to which you should soon have access.
