Mathematical applications to Biology, in particular phylogenetic trees, graphs and networks. Computational statistics, in particular, nonparametric computer intensive methods such as the bootstrap and MCMC. Teaching using simulations and web-based tools. Image analysis. Immunology. Cancer.
