This directory contains R and fortran code for the paper:

Li, Fan and Zhang, Nancy R., (2008)
Bayesian Variable Selection in Structured High-Dimensional
Covariate Spaces with Applications in Genomics.

The files "effnetroutines.f" and "effnetsampling.r" contain necessary fortran and R subroutines.  The files
"script_smoothgammabig1.r" and "simscript_smoothX_pois1.r" show how to do the simulation examples described in the paper.
