I am a third-year Ph.D. student in the Stanford Statistics Department, advised by Prof. Amir Dembo. My research interest is in probability theory.
During summers 2010-11 I was an intern in the Microsoft Research Theory Group where I was mentored by Dr. David Wilson.
Before coming to Stanford, I obtained a B.A. from Harvard Mathematics and an M.A. from Harvard Statistics, in June 2009. I received an M.A.St. Mathematics from the University of Cambridge in June 2010.

Teaching

This quarter I am a TA for Stats 318: Modern Markov Chains.
Office hours are Fridays 9-10:30a in Sequoia 242.
The class website is on CourseWork.

Past teaching assistantships at Stanford:
(Spring 2012) Math 320C / Stats 310C: Theory of Probability.
(Winter 2011) Stats 217: Introduction to Stochastic Processes.
