REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fee: $1250. Full-time registered students: $975.
A discount is available for group bookings of 4 or more registrants. The first 3 are full price, the remainder are charged $1000 each.
Checks payable to Prof. T. Hastie.

Registration fee includes Hastie/Tibshirani/Friedman text, course notes, coffee breaks, and lunches.

Cancellation policy. If notification received by March 8, 2010: a full refund will be given; March 9-March 15, 2010: a 20% administration fee will be charged.
Cancellation after March 15, 2010: at the discretion of the instructors. A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge.
